Eternity sculpture was made for the exhibition “GROW!” at Kalmar Konstmuseum 2015.
The first part of the process was a mud-brick factory. Outside the museum we build up a working station were children groups and visitors could take part of the production of the mud-bricks. The fresh bricks were carried in to the exhibition hall and put on racks to dry for one month. In the meanwhile visitors could make proposals what to do with all the bricks. With inspiration from all the models and sketches we combined a few to build up in scale 1:1. Also in the process of building up the sculpture, visitors were invited to participate.
